::This is a Cafe for a 3 Star Hotel! It's small, cozy and good for a few pieces of toast before heading out into Tokyo! Tourists and locals eat here!

::The food is good. Not as good as some of the best shops in ikebukuro, but better than most average cafés. However, there are more than enough reasons to give this place a 5 star rating. 1. The variety in the dishes - there are dishes from all over the world, great chance to if you want to eat something ethnic. 2. English menus! 3. Free and reliable wifi.
