I was able to leave the hospital safely today. When I first entered the hospital, I was filled with anxiety as time passed by without really understanding the situation. However, thanks to the kind and caring treatment I received from my attending physician, nurses, and rehabilitation staff, I no longer had to worry about it, my stay in the hospital was no longer difficult, and I worked hard on my rehabilitation, making a steady recovery. I think I was able to do that. I'm really thankful to you. I am especially grateful to the nurses in Building 4B for their support in my daily life. I wonder if everyone is always busy and has time to stop? Even though she was so busy, she was always smiling and kind in front of the patients, making it seem like she wasn't feeling that way at all. I think some of the nurses were busy and bothered me, but they communicated with me frequently and provided me with emotional support. I'm really thankful to you. I am grateful for the excellent teamwork and everyone's divine support, regardless of gender or age. Nowadays, automation such as AI is progressing, but I felt that this industry is one that truly relies on humans. I learned and experienced that what moves people's hearts is their hearts, and that the medicine that works better than any medicine is a person's smile. Please take care of yourself and continue to make many people smile.

The nurse's response was the worst. My husband was rushed to the hospital and was in critical condition for a while. I can't help but feel anxious because my home is far away and I can't go right away if something happens. Maybe I didn't ask the right questions, but when I was admitted to the hospital, the nurses should always ask me how I was doing. (on the phone) I'm sure you're worried... Thank you very much. said. Please accept my words and ask me how you are doing today. The nurse is fine. It doesn't change. It's like that every time. It's not for children, so what do you think? It's okay... repeat! How is it okay? ? I want to know...but in the end, all I can get from another nurse is that no matter how many phone calls I make, nothing will change! ! He got angry. I wish I could say something more... I would like to be discharged from the hospital as soon as possible and write a letter of introduction.

I went to see a doctor because I couldn't stop coughing for about a month. He was a respiratory internal medicine doctor named Dr. Sugawara. I filled out medical questionnaires and other information about my symptoms, but as soon as I was called in, I was told, ``Well, it's going to get better.'' I went to another hospital twice a month ago, and even though I was prescribed medicine, my condition didn't get better, so I decided to go to a respiratory specialist, but I was told that it would get better. How does it compare to a month ago? When I tried to explain, he said in an intimidating manner, ``So, what do you mean?'' "and. Is your cough getting worse? He asked me next, but the feeling of my cough had changed a bit, but he seemed unable to talk about that, and I froze for a moment before saying, ``Is that why it's getting worse?'' ' he asked even more forcefully. Well, I don't think anything will happen if I take an X-ray, but I was asked to take an X-ray, and I was asked to come out and wait.I didn't want to see the doctor again after the X-ray, so I explained to the nurse that I had to pay an initial consultation fee and a diagnostic fee. I paid and returned. Two nurses came and said they were sorry. My cough looks bad, so should I see another doctor? I asked, but I didn't feel like seeing a doctor and went home. He was a really terrible teacher. It was a real shame because there were such polite nurses. I will never visit the hospital again.
