::Thank you for your help in internal medicine (gastroenterology). It was my first visit, but the receptionist, nurses, and doctors were all kind and courteous. In particular, he explained the endoscopy very thoroughly! It was crowded, but it was bearable.

::I was diagnosed with the disease through a checkup at the Health Management Center, and was admitted to the hospital for surgery. I was worried because the reviews were so bad, but all the doctors and nurses were kind. However, I had doubts about the hygiene management during the hospital stay. The toilet in the ward was always dirty and I hesitated to use it. The cleaner gel for wiping the toilet seat was also out of stock, and even after I informed them, it was not replenished until the end. The toilets are also not cleaned regularly. After the surgery, the nurse told me to use a washlet to clean myself after the ureter was removed, but I didn't feel like using it, so I ended up using the baby wipes I had brought with me. I don't think the hospital rooms are cleaned much at all. Nurses simply visually check that the hospital room and bed area are clean. Since this is a hospital, there are many people who are unable to move due to injury or illness, so I sincerely wish that they would pay more attention to cleanliness because it is a hospital. I'm very disappointed because the doctors and nurses were good.

::Just one word. I think this is a hospital that you should never go to. Everyone reports after the fact, including treatment plans. Is it okay if I write your signature for you? No way. My parents came home with full assistance when they left the hospital. I don't want to give even one star. I really regret having him admitted to the hospital. I ended up being bedridden for the rest of my life. I have nothing but regrets.

::Very clean and big hospital. Expert doctors with excellent facilities. Everything is very systematic and user friendly. However, nobody can speak, understand, read or write in English here. It's a common issue in most healthcare centres in the country. It is not advisable to fall sick in Japan if you cannot speak Japanese.

::Stayed for several days. Its clean, and wasn't a bad smell even though I roomed with three oyajis. The food was AWFUL by any standard, though I was on okayu etc. Didn't come off as English-friendly. Nurses were attentive.
