::This time, I went here for a pregnancy checkup and gave birth. It's a large hospital, so there are many cases where I can't see you on time, but the doctors, midwives, and nurses were all very kind. Even though I am a multiparous woman, it took many years for me to give birth, but the postpartum guidance was very kind and thorough. The school lunch was also delicious, with plenty of vegetables and a wide variety of menus, even though it was for obstetrics. The celebratory Nadeshiko dinner was also delicious with a wonderful menu. I'm really thankful to you. I am planning to visit him again for a medical examination, and I am truly grateful.

::Today we went to this hospital for some kind of test for my daughter (10y). We were given 66 turn at the first reception (to make first time card etc) and we were asked to wait for our turn. It was 65 and 67. “strange” When I asked the staff for the reason for skipping 66. They replied other patients were in more pain than us that's why they gave my turn to them (however there was no such thing visible). I requested them, it was my turn and can they give me next turn, staff pushed me and asked me to leave the counter and go to a separate room for discussion and negotiation. When I insisted on knowing the reason (that was clearly racism) they called the security and other staff manger and pushed me and my family. I was surprised !!??!! Such rude behavior! I never had one in Japan. Finally, I gave up and asked them to return my insurance card and other documents so that I could go to other hospitals. (Time was morning 10:20 am). And when I saw the reviews I realized I am not the only one to face this issue. For evidence, I took photos and video of the event. Please see and try to avoid this hospital.

::The staff are amazing the wait is very long. My last time walking in for sickness I spent 7 hours waiting and getting simple medicine.

::I was brought to the emergency room of this hospital because of an unbearable stomachache. I can speak and understand basic Japanese so I am still unable to understand Japanese hospital medical jargons. Good thing I did not have any problem with my stomach but the interns indirectly pushed me. Two male interns were so annoyed because I was unable to answer their questions properly. Seems like that's what I have to bear being able to speak and understand minimal Japanese. Hope I can find a reputable hospital which treats Foreigners well even if they are unable to speak and understand Nihongo.

::I'm a filipino citizen living here in japan here at utsunomiya and my wife give birth to are first and second children to this hospital. at first she was affraid because of the language barrier's because she can't speak in japanese she know only basic nihonggo. But i was thankfull because some of their staff/nurse can speak in english not that fluently but there trying there best to help and explain what are my wife needs to know but other staff specialy the older one's is not that so friendly. if their knew that you can speak japanese they will be rude at you not all but some of them. But in our second baby when my wife givebirth again in this hospital we are so lucky that there is a one nurse that can speak english fluently and she helps my wife a lot. my wife told me that her name is yumi she work at the 4thfloor area we just want to thank this nurse for helping my wife a lot. Thank you very much yumi hope you can help a lot of gaijins/foreginers like us that can't speak fluently in nihonggo..
