::What do you think of the internist at Kaito Hospital? I forgot the name though. I received a call this afternoon, but I couldn't answer because it was time for an evacuation drill at work, so I called back. Talking all the time! After calling 7 times, I was busy with the phone and finally got a call back, but the person who called me was not available and would call me back.I was fine with calling back, but I had to wait 4 minutes to get connected to the ward from the reception desk. Still, he didn't show up. It was supposed to be just a reply to a phone call I received last week, but it turned out to be a long conversation. I may have specified a time when I could receive a call for my convenience, but since I can't talk today, I was told to call you next Monday at 2:00 p.m. It would have been better if it had come out when I called.

::Thanks to my doctor, Dr. Akiyoshi Shioda, I have been working at a general company for over 20 years. Four years ago, when I traveled overseas to New York in the United States, I was able to return home safely thanks to Dr. Shioda's accurate prescriptions and advice. Nowadays, the process takes about an hour, including reception, examination, accounting, and medication, probably because they are thinking about the patients. Thank you very much, Mr. Shioda.

::I worked here for half a year and the atmosphere is really bad. The office manager was snarky at me, and when I, a new employee, asked questions from the office staff around him, I received a negative reaction. After I quit my job, when I called for something to do, I was met with a disgusting response, and the phone was immediately hung up without saying anything. I can't say it's a bright workplace. I don't think I'll grow as a person if I work there, and in fact, I think I'll grow up to be like that because of the negative comments I receive. It takes courage to quit, but now I am truly glad I did. ☺️👍

::Psychiatric clinics have long waiting times. Many of the teachers have changed as well (it's very hit or miss depending on the day of the week) As far as I know, the friendly doctor only comes once a week and is very popular, so he probably won't be able to see you on your first visit. Is this person okay? Some teachers are worried. (When I see him in private, he always has a cigarette in his mouth and rides a bicycle unsteadily.) This doctor doesn't make eye contact and talks in a mumble for 3 minutes and is completely useless. It was a long time ago, but I had a one-on-one meeting with the hospital director to discuss how I should take medication in case I was pregnant. I was asked strange questions like, ``If I get pregnant through sex, will I know when the implantation occurs?'' and it made me uncomfortable. She said, ``It's okay to continue taking medication prescribed by a psychiatrist during pregnancy because there's been no case of it having any effect on the child!'' That was very appropriate. Are the counselors also amateurs? I didn't receive any advice or sympathy.

::First, the only inpatient wards are closed wards with separate genders. The patients share food, clothing, and shelter in a closed ward where the entire ward is an open space and there is no separation of spaces with curtains. Of course, there are other hospitals that use curtains to separate spaces. As part of the open space, the toilet is located in a space with almost no separation from the ward corridor, and there are no locks required as a private room, and patients bring their own toilet paper each time they go to the toilet. We will be sharing occupational therapy and other activities in an open space with more than a dozen people who have been hospitalized for decades. Considering these building relationships and the environment of the ward, it is honestly very difficult to manage personal belongings. Cell phones are not allowed, music players and other devices are only taken out of the nurse's room when listening, and only batteries can be charged. Every day, breakfast consists of bread rolls, jam, bananas, and milk. Of course, there are other hospitals that serve a different meal each day for breakfast. Overall, I get the impression that the working conditions for nurses and others are tough, and I don't feel like there's much leeway for the staff, so it would be nice if the workplace was more considerate of the workers, which is a shame. In fact, it seems that other people in the industry also have a reputation for being tough. The waiting time at the outpatient clinic is two hours, as there are no reservations. On the job change information site, there was a comment saying, ``There is bullying among employees.'' There may be many questions about the organization as well as the staff's response to patients.
