  There was one woman at the front desk who was unpleasant. I thought I was OK with eco-cleaning at check-in, but there was no explanation and it was over in less than a minute. If the way you treat your customers changes depending on the customer, I recommend that you quit your job in the customer service industry. It was disappointing

  Located in front of Izumi Station on the outskirts of Iwaki City. The surrounding area has the atmosphere of a residential area rather than a city. In recent hotels, you have to bring your own amenity items from the front desk, but this hotel distributes them to your room from the beginning, which is helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a toilet, but there is no separate bathroom, so use the large public bath. For dinner, you can choose what you like from the set menu. Since the Japanese food continued, I chose char siu noodles and gyoza, and since it was a ``set meal'', it also came with white rice and was very filling. You can choose a glass beer with the included one drink.

  This hotel is very convenient as it is close to JR Izumi Station. There is a Lawson convenience store within a short walk. The supermarket is a little far away, so you'll need a car. We stayed in the newly completed west building. It was new, so it was very clean and comfortable. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, air purifier, hair dryer, pot, deodorant spray, slippers, etc. Breakfast was free. The buffet style was very good with lots of variety. Although I didn't use it, there is also a large public bath.
