::Staff members are very helpful and friendly. The pillow was too firm for my liking. You can pick up your amenities from the lobby. Parking is available. The room is spacious enough. It can be a bit noisy outside in the morning.

::The central air conditioning in the room can't be adjusted. The staff are very indifferent to foreign tourists. It is not recommended to stay here.

::Stayed here for 1 night during our short trip to Nagoya. The room wasn't very spacious but it was clean and enough for us. We arrived early but weren't allowed to have an early check in. But they did allow us to leave our luggage in the hotel. The location is convenient and it is a 10-15min walk from Oasis 21. It is also a walking distance from the Nagoya Science Museum. There is a bus stop just around the corner and the nearest subway station is Fushimi Station.

::All staff are polite and mindful. Breakfast has a variety of menus. The room is so clean. The cleaner staff always put the new pajamas on the bed everyday. I recommend this hotel.😍
