  I stopped by on my way back from snowboarding from Nagano. I thought it would be Toyama ramen, but sometimes I go to a restaurant to have a memorable and luxurious meal such as seafood. I was confused after looking at the menu, but I ordered the eel bowl, and although the eel was delicious, the lack of rice left me unsatisfied. Too bad...I didn't ask if it was possible to make a large serving.

  White shrimp udon 1000 yen I received black ramen for 950 yen. Although they are called white shrimp, they are small, about 5 cm long, and the soup stock is like instant soup, so the price is high. In Osaka it's less than 500 yen. The black ramen has a decent taste, but it tastes like a souvenir. I'm sure it's busy at times since it's SA, but I would like it to be more unique and offer local flavor.

  "Yemochian" Toyama Black Ramen Arrive around 11:00 on Friday, November 3, 2023. I stopped by to try Toyama black ramen. A preliminary investigation revealed that (1) it tasted quite salty, and (2) it had a hint of pepper. Apparently. This is the type where you purchase a meal ticket. Toyama black ramen ①The color of the soup is black, and the salty taste is a little strong (maybe it's made to appeal to everyone) Kosho is listening. ②The noodles are not unique, but the soup is very unique. Thank you for the meal.

  I had Toyama black ramen. Since I was there for sightseeing, I wanted to eat at a specialty restaurant, but due to time constraints, I decided to eat at the service area. However, the spicy and rich soup was delicious and satisfying. I know it's addictive.

  I stopped by on my way to Fukui Prefecture. It was breakfast. I had the Toyama Black Ramen and my companion had the Katsudon. The black ramen was delicious. The chashu is also creamy and the soup isn't too strong, just the way I like it. Recommended.
