  The drink delivery was very sloppy and spilled on my clothes when I received it, but the door was quickly closed. More than half of the drinks were gone. The jet bath in the bath was out of order, and when providing welcome service, visitors and members were very unfriendly. It was the lowest ever.

  The room being cleaned is actually undergoing maintenance and cannot be used. If so, I think it would be nice if you could specify that. Not even half of the rooms are available. Even if I ordered in the morning, there was no inquiry from the hotel about the time. VOD is also old. The Hawaiian burger is hard and the bread is hard. it's awful.

  I was served something that was completely different from what I ordered...I sometimes come here, but it's the worst when I get connected to the same unfriendly person I've dealt with before. The service content is different from other staff members, and the food is completely different...Of course, the response is different from other staff members...I feel like I should stop using them again. Take advantage of the nearby Pacific Ocean.
