  I went there for the first time in 25 years. Each dish was carefully prepared and was very delicious. Personally, I would have liked a little more volume.

  This is the only restaurant in Japan where you can enjoy real tea kaiseki (tea ceremony kaiseki). The host is also the tea teacher who leads Suzuokisha Junior High School. Even if you can imitate tea, this is probably the only restaurant where you can have a tea ceremony. The host is a disciple of Mr. Takahashi of Mejiro Kazuyuki, who is a direct descendant of Mr. Kaichi Tsuji. My father was the head chef at Tsuruyuki. You can enjoy harmonious and delicious dishes that can be said to be typical of the Tsujidome style, which sets us apart from the original Japanese cuisine. There are two rooms + a separate room. Basically, there are only two groups each for lunch and dinner. One side is a room large enough for a tea party.

  You will be impressed by the exceptional cuisine suitable for a special day. Beautiful dishes, beautiful presentation, delicate seasoning, A space with a traditional Japanese feel. This is a restaurant that you can enjoy with all five senses. I was also pleased with the courteous service provided by the kind host. It's a store you'll want to visit over and over again, even if it's not a special occasion.

  The food is really great. What's even more amazing is the culture surrounding the food. It's the location. It's a building. It's the breeze of the wind and water. This is your room. It's the color of the wall. It's an ornament. It's a mask. What's even more amazing is the personality of the owner's family, who appear with smiles and kind hearts.
