::A famous restaurant serving Nagaoka's specialty Western-style katsudon. Climb the narrow stairs and you'll find yourself on the second floor, which is quite spacious. A slightly retro Western restaurant that serves not only katsudon but also omelet rice and curry. You can choose from a wide range of spiciness for your curry, and the stairs leading up to the restaurant are decorated with photos of people who have eaten the curry at maximum spiciness. For those who want to try a variety of things, they also have cutlets with two kinds of sauces, and a triple menu of cutlet, curry, and steak bowl. I went just before the store opened, so I was able to get in easily, but by the time I left, the line was all the way down the stairs.

::Good variety of dishes at lunch and reasonably priced. Curry you can choose how spicy you like. If you order and finish the spiciest you get your picture taken

::It was so surprised that there is such a cozy place. Nakata is one of the best restaurant to serve Nagaoka's western style cutlet. It's worth to visit.

::Good Food. Fairly spicy curry. If you can eat the level 50 spicy curry you can have your picture put on the wall. The food and price is good and the variety of options is solid as well. No English on the menus (or spoken) so get ready to point if you canāt read or speak at least a little Japanese. All-in-all, a good place to get lunch or dinner if youāre in town.
