The accompaniment to this sake is seafood from the Sea of Japan. In addition to sashimi, we also have grilled fish, fish paste, and more. Of course, there is also black-throated blackthroat. The various drinks are served quickly, so it's perfect for drinking while watching the Shinkansen train times. The store is large, so it's often empty, but you can make reservations, so I think it's best to make a reservation in advance.

Today's featured warasa sashimi is 199 yen cheaper. The yellowtail kamayaki and the flavored namerou were large in volume. Personally, I found the large fried lotus root, herring and kurumafu to be especially delicious. Coming from outside the prefecture, it was great to be able to easily enjoy delicious sake near the station. Thank you for the meal!
