::Resona Bank is located on the Miyamasuzaka intersection side, about 2 minutes walk from the east exit of JR Shibuya Station. Business hours are as below. Counter Weekdays 09:00-17:00 ATM 24 hours a day *Unavailable from 23:00 on the second Saturday of every month to 8:00 the next day. There is an ATM on the 1st floor, which you can use without going upstairs. At the time of the review, there were 9 ATMs in operation. "Shibuya Branch", "Seven Days Plaza Shibuya" and "Shibuya Loan Plaza" are scheduled to relocate on Monday, December 16, 2024. The new store will be located on the 8th floor of Shibuya Akshu, which opened on Monday, July 8, 2024. After the relocation, counter business hours and ATM operating hours will change.

::It's my fault for not checking enough, but when I received the money from abroad through Resona, it became 1/3 of the amount. Seems expensive compared to other banks. The bank's fees are higher than my share. It seems like they take 2,500 yen each time to receive only a few thousand yen in revenue. Even though I communicated directly with the bank several times, they never told me about the fees... Why did you even have your resident card ready? It would be nice if you could just confirm a few words... I will never use Resona from now on as it has become ridiculous.

::Absolutely joke of a bank. I wanted to open an account. First time I had to wait 1 hour and then had to make a reservation for another day. After 40 mins the second time they basically tell me I can’t open an account because my Japanese isn’t good enough. Unbelievable. Rather than make you wait 1:40 mins they should just tell you at the outset that you can’t open an account unless you speak good Japanese. I was able to use a translation app to say everything I couldn’t express..
