::It's my fault for not checking enough, but when I received the money from overseas through Resona, it was reduced to 1/3 of the amount. Seems expensive compared to other banks. The bank's fees are higher than my share. It seems like they take 2,500 yen each time to receive only a few thousand yen in revenue. Even though I communicated directly with the bank several times, they never told me about the fees... Why did you even have your resident card ready? It would be nice if you could just confirm a few words... I will never use Resona from now on as it has become ridiculous.

::Absolutely joke of a bank. I wanted to open an account. First time I had to wait 1 hour and then had to make a reservation for another day. After 40 mins the second time they basically tell me I can’t open an account because my Japanese isn’t good enough. Unbelievable. Rather than make you wait 1:40 mins they should just tell you at the outset that you can’t open an account unless you speak good Japanese. I was able to use a translation app to say everything I couldn’t express..
