  Biometric authentication is no longer available at the ATM on the left, so you may have trouble remembering your PIN number. If you are not using biometric authentication, please guide me to use the left side as much as possible.

  The guide was a veteran and had a nice smile, but the staff at the counter on the day I went there were unfriendly and unpleasant. I used Resona because there are no fees when making a transfer, but I think I'll use another bank next time.
