::The telephone response to my questions about the ATM was very polite and nice. It made me feel good to hear that. (I never made fun of the elderly and laughed at them.)

::A woman wearing glasses at the second counter. Worst customer service ever. It's better to quit early.

::When I was on the phone while waiting in line at the ATM, a female staff member not only tapped me verbally, but also tapped me on the shoulder to warn me. I checked the website and there was no sign at the entrance prohibiting calls, but I was warned until I was tapped on the shoulder. I understand that talking at the teller counter is prohibited, but I was honestly surprised to see the staff in line at the ATM, going as far as to tap someone on the shoulder to warn them. People who use the ATM here will be tapped on the shoulder if they enter while on the phone, so be careful.

::This place sucks. Customers who come to the store counter are treated like trash. It wasn't like that when I created the passbook, but when did it become like that? I have unbearable pain when I stand in line due to the aftereffects of a spinal fracture. Even though I told the information to the female guide and asked her to let me sit on an empty sofa in the store, she was unable to do so. I'm not asking you to speed up your line at the counter. Also, the woman left my My Number card with me and took it to the office in the back, which made me scared. So, I stopped there and went to the Mitsubishi UFJ Bank next door to complete the procedure. That was good.

::They say that they have English support , They asked me to bring all the documents including the Stamp. When I went there , they told me that as I don't speak Japanese, they cannot open my account . Isn't that Discrimination?
