We have stores at Shinoyama Baseball Stadium (Honnai) and Chemba Omachi (near Fukushima Station). This time I visited Honnai's main store! What we are most proud of is the material we use to make bread✨ ·salt We use an original salt that is a blend of salt containing all kinds of nutrients, based on "Christmas Island salt." ·wheat What a top class wheat! We also use a special process during milling, and are very particular about everything. ·sugar In addition to the salt, we also use ``cane sugar from Kikaijima, Kagoshima,'' which is rich in nutrients. ・Stone kiln In addition to ingredients, the oven for cooking is also a must! The far-infrared effect creates a plump feeling. ·water They use a technique called ``water that is gentle on the body and yeast'' to bring out the natural power of water. ・Fried food Because we use high-quality oil, it creates a crunchy texture, and is also gentle on the body and good for digestion. You can see that they are really caring just by looking at this...☺️ What I particularly like is the fried curry bread! Beef curry bread with a choice of sweet or spicy. I took it home, but the batter was still crisp even after a while! The crunchy sound when you tear it apart by hand is amazing.   The most popular curry bread was kindly served freshly fried! I bought white bread, cream bread, bacon basil bread, and melon bread, and they were all delicious, and the staff was very kind.While I was paying, I was curious about the bread that had been published in the newspaper, and they offered me samples for tasting. I received that bread! !   The curry bread looks delicious, This time I bought melon bread with peach cream. It has a gentle taste and the peach cream is a nice accent! It was my first time visiting the store, and the location was easy to find. It's easy to park your car too! There were also tables where you could eat outside.

  It's a bad time and there's no curry bread so I'll have to wait. The selection is a bit small, and the prices are a bit high.The staff are wonderful and kind.
