  The squid and sea urchin are made with Bolivian rock salt. I eat it as is For flounder, shave the white truffle and eat it as is. The fatty tuna is also fatty and the wasabi too. Even if you apply a lot, it doesn't work, It was so delicious and melted in your mouth. Other steaks are also made from Kuroge Wagyu beef. I was told that it was so soft that it looked like it had been dipped in homemade sauce and grilled, and that it could also be eaten as sashimi. It was absolutely delicious.
