  I like the taste, so I often go to another store, but the customer service at this store is terrible. I entered the store around 23:30, and even though the last order was at 12:00, they had already started turning off the lights outside and on the signboard around 23:40. The attitude when taking orders was bad, and perhaps because the orders were so troublesome, I could hear some chatter coming from the kitchen, and all the food was left on the table without a word. I keep hearing voices coming from the kitchen, but they don't seem to have the words to say anything to me.

  It's the thickest tonkotsu ramen I've ever had, but I think it's delicious and rich enough even with back fat. I don't need it often because it's so strong, but I do want it once in a while.

  Family lineage from the shop name? I thought so. The company was founded in Himeji. I think it's closer to Kitashirakawa than home. I had the fried chicken set with flavored eggs. Oil is normal I made the noodles curly. It's just thin and curly Does the noodles smell like kansui? It's kind of slimy I couldn't concentrate at all. The fried chicken is also small. Takana was delicious though This is also a difficult store for everyday use.
