    Delicious chicken paitan (salt) ramen and chashu rice bowl. I went to the Kintetsu Kyuhoji exit around my client. This is the first station I get off at, ®️★1, which is chosen as one of the 100 famous restaurants, Noodleya Issou. Perhaps because it was raining after 1pm, I slipped into the last seat without waiting. There are only counter seats inside the store, and water is self-serve. Orders are made verbally, not with food tickets. ◎Chicken hot water salt 900 yen ◎Charshu bowl 350 yen I ordered the standard and recommended chicken paitan. I had a hard time deciding whether to use salt or soy sauce, but I followed the rule on the right and chose salt. I was worried about the large serving of noodles, but the char siu bowl in the photo I posted looked very delicious, so I ordered this. The chicken paitan is rich, but it doesn't have a strong aftertaste. Toppings include wood ears, green onions, and a piece of thick pork belly. The noodles are thick and delicious, probably due to the low water content. The char siu bowl has a heaping amount of cubed char siu and menma. Both the ramen and chashu bowl were delicious.     I was looking for a famous ramen shop in Yao City and found this shop, and I lined up to enter it before it opened last Saturday. It must be a popular restaurant because there were about 6 people in line. With some expectations, I ordered a large serving of seafood, chicken, and pork Chinese noodles. My partner ordered the thick kong chicken paitan noodles. The seafood, chicken, and pork Chinese noodles have a firm texture and flavor, and the soup is well-seasoned with the soup stock from the chicken, pork, and seafood. The char siew brings out the flavor of the ingredients without being too strong. Overall it was well balanced and very tasty. My partner's thick konpakuto had a mellow and good soup stock, and it was also delicious. It is delicious enough to live up to its name as one of the 2023 Tabelog 100 Famous Stores.

The flavor of the chicken is rich, and while the strong flavor and richness of the chicken is brought together by the mellow salt sauce, the soup has a relaxing but refreshing aftertaste that makes you want to drink the soup. noodles Medium thick straight noodles. It had a rich wheat flavor and a chewy texture that could absorb the rich soup, making it very filling and perfectly balanced. topping Char siu, gray onion, wood ear mushroom, flavored egg The pork shoulder loin has a firm texture, and the flavor of the meat is so strong that it rivals the soup! I went there by car around 1pm on a Saturday, so I parked at the coin parking lot in front of the station and looked around. When I entered the store, I first took a cup and sat down. Water is available at the counter seats. Orders are made verbally and payment is made in arrears.
