Personally, I don't like ticket vending machines, and I think it's difficult for people who aren't used to restaurants to choose from the menu. In most cases, those who are familiar with the menu already have a certain menu that they are looking for, but for those who are not used to it, I felt it was a bit difficult. It took me quite a while to issue the ticket.

The soup is made with beef stock and has almost no spiciness. In addition to beef, it contains onions, eggplants, green peppers, and garlic stalks. It was served with a raw egg, so I added it halfway through and the overall result was a mild sukiyaki. It's delicious! The noodles are homemade, medium-thick, and curly, and although they don't have much personality, they go well with the soup. It tastes good in the throat. It's different from the thick Chinese noodles my companion ordered. By the way, it's interesting that each Baku-Chinese restaurant is slightly different. Gyoza are chewy dumplings with fillings wrapped in ramen dough. There's no garlic in it, so it still has a cabbage flavor and is delicious! I want a beer.
