::I ordered a coffee soft serve. Other reviews mentioned that you can't eat it inside the restaurant and that the size is small, so I was prepared to order it. When I ordered at the takeout counter, I was asked if I would like to use the eat-in corner. It's not inside the store, but it's set up separately, so I was grateful for the opportunity to use it, and they even gave me towels, which was great service! First of all, it's not big, but it's not small either! It's stuck inside! The taste was so delicious that I knew they were particular about it! Powder is also great as an accent! The corn is also delicious! The staff were also very helpful! There are coffee soft serve ice creams available for 500 yen in the service area, and I thought the quality was good and the size was worth the price! Repeat confirmed!

::I used it for lunch with a friend. It's open throughout the day, so I'm glad I can go there on a Saturday afternoon after work with a friend who works at a medical institution. The menu consisted mainly of pasta and pizza, and there were also waffles with fruit on top. I had the Genovese pasta and it was delicious. The waffles that came with the set were also easy to eat with the sweetness of the fresh cream and came with syrup made from black tea. I gave it 3 stars because it was probably because they were busy, but when I entered the store, I didn't know if it was okay to enter.

::You don't have to wait long for the food to be served. It's great to bring children, and be able to get the kid's meal variety plate that is offered. The pizza, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, varieties of coffee available, soda drinks, and yummy desserts like cheesecake, and teramisu are very delicious. If you just want to buy a bag of coffee, that is fine too, at this restaurant. The Preston Cafe is located on the 2nd level of Joyful Honda DIY Home Center, right off to the left from the escalator. There is an option of using the elevator for wheelchair users from 1st level. The elevator is located in the Food Court that is also sharing the Japan Meat Food Market, and yummy Bread Bakery. Also, even though the restrooms aren't located within the restaurant of Preston Cafe it's self, the restrooms are located to the right, just outside the doors of the escalator on the 2nd level. The rest of the 2nd level is art and crafts store. Come check out the restaurant, it will put a smile on your face, and that is a big promise from one American mommy fan living in Japan.👨👩👧👧👫🤰👶🇺🇸🇯🇵🌏🗻🗾♥️

::I only tried their "Coffee Soft Cream" out of the variety menu. It wasn't as impressive as I expected. It didn't taste as what good soft cream should be nor coffee specialty should.

::I've been coming to this place sing the late 90s. Great food, very good pizza and staff are quick and friendly. Will come back again. Very busy on the weekends for lunch.
