::First of all, you need to pay around 1-2万 just to be accepted here for childbirth. Then, one of the old male doctors was the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. He did not even look at us in the face and mumbled something with no care of explaining anything. Pretty much just go in and get out kind of attitude. I know this hospital has some good doctors, but this one bad apple ruins it for the others as it is obvious that other patients have expressed similar concerns about this one old male doctor and the hospital still keeps him. So, any company/facility that does not listen to its clients gets no sympathy from me. I would highly advice to go to another hospital for childbirth. We ended up going to Kobe City Medical Hospital in Port Island and the service was phenomenal. Do your research and becareful with this hospital if you get that old male doctor.

::This is a very dangerous clinic ! I took my son to the Yang clinic (10:00) because of the rashes and fevers which occurred at night. He scared me of Kawasaki disease and told me to go to this hospital immediately. I was scared and did as he said. That even practically killed my son. We reached at 11:00 and hospitalized at 15:00. My son got the first injection of antibiotics at 23:00, and then all the rashes had gone away! The next day morning, my son vomited of the bloody nasal discharge when he tries to sniffle his nose. We remembered that he just fell down and hit his face and arm 3 days ago. This should be the infection caused by bacteria through the blood because of the trauma and it's called the scarlet fever. Even through, all of the doctors here ignored all of the symptoms and forced us to believe that it's Kawasaki disease. In the afternoon He fell in a shock when the doctor stopped the antibiotics in the morning . And then get a bit better after the other antibiotics in the afternoon. Afraid of the antibiotics being stopped, we had to agree of the treatment of γ-globulin in day3! But the antibiotics was stopped again the same day and we were warned to be discharged if we want the antibiotics again! The wrong treatment(γ-globulin, also overdose of 3g/kg!) worsen the condition. And what's more, one of the nurse forced us to receive the large dose of antipyretics twice at midnight (through it‘s must be the heat retention in bed), which leaded to remarkable acute liver damage and microscopic hematuria. What's worst, the fever returned back and got more higher in day4 ,and neck stiffness occurs. My child suffered and suffered... Through I begged the antibiotics and saved my son's life, my son appeared anuria and oliguria two weeks after discharged. No clinic or hospital in KOBE would receive us includes this hospital and the Y CLINIC. We would be chased away if we mentioned what's happened in this hospital or just the name of this hospital. Now even through my son is suffering of the remarkable edema of the eyelids for half of the year, but nowhere to get treat. This all is caused by this Hospital and THE YANG CLINIC.

::The staff for the most part a friendly. However if you need help translating, they won't let you bring a friend or anyone to help. They are not allowed in the building with you. It is very stressful when going to the doctors sometimes. You need to advocate for yourself but with a language barrier especially with medical terms, it is intimidating. They really need to lift the no translator restriction. Also, if you're just going for birth control or guidance for it, it's expensive and insurance does not cover it, which I was not informed of until I paid ¥16,000.

::I recently gave birth at Palmore and recieved wonderful care all throughout my pregnancy. Doctors and midwives were very kind and compassionate and helped me through difficulties with positive words of encouragement and excellent medical care. I had the best birth experience that I could possibly imagine!
