::It was near the station. 6 cars You can park. It's small inside and there aren't many seats. If you don't want to wait, go at 11am! It takes a while to come out. Advance reservations are required for take-out! I had grated soba and zaru soba. Oroshi soba is by far the most delicious. However, the soup stock is a little thin. I prefer a light flavor, but I would like it to be a little stronger. Each store has different thickness and thickness of noodles! The tempura was extremely delicious. Echizen soba has a slightly better taste than Shimane soba! It wasn't as rich as Shinshu soba.

::This is my favorite shop in front of Takefu Station. Made with 100% buckwheat flour from Fukui Prefecture (Ono/Katsuyama), the Toichi soba noodles are made with 10% buckwheat flour and 10% tsunagi, and are exquisite. Echizen soba is made with love every day along with spring water from Mishimizu Fudo.
