  It was near the station. 6 cars You can park. It's small inside and there aren't many seats. If you don't want to wait, go at 11am! It takes a while to come out. Advance reservations are required for take-out! I had grated soba and zaru soba. Oroshi soba is by far the most delicious. However, the soup stock is a little thin. I prefer a light flavor, but I would like it to be a little stronger. Each store has different thickness and thickness of noodles! The tempura was extremely delicious. Echizen soba has a slightly better taste than Shimane soba! It wasn't as rich as Shinshu soba.

  This is my favorite shop in front of Takefu Station. Made with 100% buckwheat flour from Fukui Prefecture (Ono/Katsuyama), the Toichi soba noodles are made with 10% buckwheat flour and 10% tsunagi, and are exquisite. Echizen soba is made with love every day along with spring water from Mishimizu Fudo.

  Asking the best menu is the best why to get most favourite menu in the restauran. Nice place, nice service, and delicious soba.

  Amazing restaurant. Very tasty Soba. I recommend nishin soba.
