::I had a set meal of amberjack sashimi. The sashimi is fresh and has a crunchy texture. I was able to fully enjoy the amberjack, which was also boiled. Next time I want to eat pickled rice bowl.

::I had the Sakurajima pickled rice bowl set meal and amberjack cutlet! The amberjack was fresh and all the items were very delicious♪ I had a friend with me and we ate the Ai Amberjack full course set meal and it looked delicious, so I think I'll try it next time.

::This is a set meal restaurant run by a family (mothers). It's in a place like this, but the taste was outstanding! ️ There are no reservations for seats, it's first-come, first-served. I went there just before 11am and it filled up quickly, maybe around 4 cars. The restaurant is small, with 5 seats for 4 people and 1 seat for 2 people. When you order a beer, it always comes with a snack. It was on the Golden Week menu, but it turned out to be very reasonable. The sashimi was very crunchy, and the salt-grilled fish was seasoned nicely...with a small side dish, salad, and miso soup. I am full. (Men may be a little unsatisfied...)

::Amberjack specialty… I haven't heard much about it💦 However, there were many fish farms in the sea before they came here, so it must be a specialty. I ordered the 1,600 yen course recommended by my eldest son! Mainly sashimi, kama, and simmered dishes, with small side dishes ☆ The sashimi is fresh so it feels elastic. Delicious👍 Kama is so delicious😋 I have no experience with boiled eyelids, so this is my first attempt lol It was delicious!

::The warm hospitality is only bested by the actual food! This restaurant was setup to introduce people to the locally (and sustainably) farmed “Kampachi” fish. It offers variety of preparations that highlight the amazing taste of this fish! My personal favorite was sashimi and the grilled jaw! Highly recommended!
