  I feel like many post offices have poor reviews, but the guy who was in charge of me at the Tsuruno-machi Post Office was kind, answered my questions accurately, and was efficient at his work. I was grateful that it was. Although I wasn't watching the other staff members, I felt like they were working diligently. I think there were only two chairs in the waiting area...It was a very small post office.

  Go north at the crosswalk where Animate Osaka Umeda store is located. The post office you can see after passing through the JR overpass No parking lot ATMs are open from 9:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and from 9:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays and holidays

  I went to this post office, which is a bit further than the other one, but the other one has such bad Google reviews. So I was afraid to get there. Simple and easy the number counter with different service labels in Japanese and English. I was only doing a postcard, and sending it was quite easy, I just need to get the number of stamps I want with the tiny counter to finish the job

  Great place, kind staff. It’s relatively empty most of the time but avoid 4pm-5pm as the office people nearby will all come and there will a long wait.

  When I sent out several items at the counter, none of them arrived at the recipient's end even after more than a week had passed. When we used the mail accident investigation request processing system, everything arrived within the next day or two. When I asked directly if they had forgotten to ship it, they just said they didn't know and had nothing to do with it. I will never use this post office again because I felt that the service and mail management was poor.
