::A huge thank you to the helpful staff members at Kitahama Post Office in helping send my package overseas. I had generated and printed the EMS/Japan Post shipping label using the online tool, but they showed me what needed manually adjusting and helped box and pack the items for shipping overseas. Friendly and efficient service here.

::When I used the mail, the person in charge was not very efficient and I was late for work even though I had time to spare. I guess I'm not used to machines, so I had to redo it several times, so I hope you'll give me a break. There is a difference between being slow and being polite. I will use another post office next time.
