::I’m a foreigner visiting Japan for the second time… I have never before used JP post so ai was a bit nervous about sending a parcel back to Europe. I was wrong! The staff even though didn’t speak much English were so helpful and attentive to all my needs. I think this was the best experience I have ever had in a post office (worldwide).

::I had the best experience here! I had to send a package back to Australia as i had bought too much shopping on my travels and the young girl working was so kind and patient. She was so happy to help and even though there was a language barrier we got through it with lots of smiling, laughing and google translator.

::Good experience on sending packages back to Taiwan. Staff are very friendly to help on the process although the process is way too complicated than in Fukuoka. It takes about 45 minutes to finish while not many people are coming for business.

::I was a bit hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews and it was my first time posting something internationally. But I came here to send 2 postcards to different countries, and even though the staff could not speak English, we managed to communicate just fine with Google Translate and she was very helpful and patient with telling me where to paste the various stickers. It would have been a 5 star experience if the staff could speak English, but I am in Japan and as such I don't expect that of them. The signs are also all in Japanese, which made it a bit difficult and confusing, but again, we are in Japan after all!

::Stubborn staff who only work by the book, staff unable to communicate with international customers. Opened my letter casually without asking for permission.
