  Never sat near window, food reasonable, service good prices compared to rest of hotel cheaper, coffee and cake by nearly half price of coffee shop ( duet lounge )

  Breakfast was only decent from a North American variety perspective... Custom omelettes only offer cheese and/or ham as options (no western or veggie omlettes). Fruits limited to oranges melons and grape fruit. Lots of cereals though and some baked goods. Service was very good though, very friendly and helpful with our toddler running around. No ramp for stroller or wheel chair but they will help carry it up...

  Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and cosy. The best rooms on our trip so far. The only gripe is the restaurants. All of them are very pricey. Even the cheapest one turned out to be giving chef food, meaning the portion was very small.

  Came for tea ceremony. Was a wonderful experience for us all and very good value. I would recommend. Can be booked on the website via email
