::My package was delivered to wrong address received an email stating it would be held here. Tried to pick up package only one day after the delivery date and told package was sent back to sender and they never bothered to try to call or get in contact even though I received an email.

::Went to pick up my package. Man at the window writes down my number, checks ID, and tells me I cannot receive my package because I'm not currently present at the address, however they refuse to deliver it there in the first place. He then proceeds to return my package to sender right in front of me. It's my package right? It has my name and I showed you my receipt. Give it to me. This wasn't a problem for the 5 other packages.

::I think because I am not a Japanese my products get to my customers like trash, all broken , they dont do anything not even sorry and say they can't refund me. I dont want a refund I want my products well taken care off

::Employees are so friendly there. Some of them speak English. I don't speak much Japanese, but I never had any problem sending my packages from there. They know much better about overseas packages than any other Japanese post offices in Okinawa city that I've been to.
