::I loved my prenatal, cesarean and hospitalization! In my opinion, the surgery team was excellent, especially Doctor Kaneko, who monitored my pregnancy! The nursing team is also great!! I have nothing but gratitude for everyone.

::Appointment at 0930 it is now 1047. And have not been seen yet. My time is important. Now two hours past my appointment time. Not seen yet

::The hospital staff are all nice and the care is good but the appointment system is miserable. You are required to check in at a pre-set time but won't actually be seen for another 2-4 hours after that, all generally for a very brief appointment just to learn that you have to come back again in a month.
