::This is my first time writing a review. I don't want to give even one star. I used the night emergency service. This was my first time using this service after moving from another city, and I was shocked. I was feeling quite unwell and reluctantly took my baby and two elementary school students to the hospital on Sunday morning. I thought it would be unavoidable that it would take time in case of an emergency at night when there was no specialist available, but about 30 minutes later, I was asked to take a urine test, which was completed immediately, and I waited in the designated area. About 30 minutes later, I was called to the doctor's office to get a diagnosis, and was told that the medicine would not be given unless I took a urine test.I told them that the urine test had already been done and that I had left it in the designated place. However, I was asked to take my blood pressure and bring it in, and the examination ended for now. The doctor who took my blood pressure and examined me was talking to another doctor, so I handed it to a female doctor and waited for her to call me again. Then, about 20 minutes later, the doctor who examined me languidly walked in and asked me if I had an estimate of my blood pressure yet, and when I told her I had already given it to the woman, she walked back languidly again. I understand that it takes time to get the results of a urine test. I know I'm not the only patient. I understand that you are tired from working the night shift, but I could hear people talking and laughing loudly all the way down the hallway, and my son, who is in elementary school, was surprised to see me standing on a chair and laughing while looking at my computer with my knees up. I did. While I was waiting, I could hear laughter all the way down the hallway, and I kept waiting with the kids, saying, ``It's late.'' I heard them laughing all the way down the hall. In the end, I waited for another long time and was given the test results, information about my next appointment, and medication, and then I went home. It's just 2 hours, right? This was my first time going to the emergency room at night with my three children, knowing that I would have to pay a lot of money, so I was willing to put up with it if it caused some pain. I was so angry that it was taking so long because I had to put up with so much pain, hold my baby, hear her laughter, and not be able to communicate with her. It won't happen again.

::I moved to Okazaki City from another prefecture and am now being cared for by the gynecology department at the municipal hospital, which is a very old hospital. The restrooms also show their age. Shouldn't it be renovated? ? I was relieved because the teacher seemed like a pleasant person, but it seems like the staff members are not working together very well. I'm surprised that my number is called these days when I pay the bill. There's no monitor. There are a lot of people, and some people are talking loudly, so I think there are many people who have difficulty hearing the staff's voices.

::It's a hospital that has had a mixed reputation, but at least some of the doctors in the emergency department don't really care about their patients. The doctor in charge named Saito when he was taken by ambulance on January 18th, and the doctor who seemed to be a bit of a big man like Director Nantoka, who was the last to come out when he was taken by ambulance from Tomita Hospital on June 25th, were looking at the patient. No, he seems like the type of doctor who arrogantly makes a diagnosis based only on test numbers. On June 25th, I was brought to the hospital with pneumonia, but the island that first responded to me? The doctor told me that if I felt like this, I might be able to go to a secondary emergency hospital instead of a tertiary emergency hospital, so I chose Uno Hospital, called a nursing taxi, and when I was about to go, I noticed that my blood oxygen level had dropped suddenly. It seemed that there was a possibility that this might happen, and Director Nantoka, who responded to the patient at the time, said, even though the patient could hear it, ``There may be a sudden change, but at that time, please think that the patient has reached the end of his or her life span. If that's the case, I'll watch it here,'' he said. Even though he had already been transferred from Tomita Hospital, he was transferred to a secondary hospital while giving off the impression that he did not want to be treated at a municipal hospital. The shift of responsibility is also serious. I understand that there are a lot of patients being transported and it inevitably becomes administrative, but it's a position that affects people's lives. Even if it changes suddenly and that's the end of your lifespan, there's a way to say it! and. Do these doctors think it's natural for their relatives to be treated like that? I felt strongly that I needed to learn how to use words from the doctors at Tomita Hospital and Uno Hospital. It's a shame because the nurses and support center staff who directly care for patients on the scene are working really hard to support patients and their families.
