  Even though I had a referral letter, I couldn't even get an appointment because the doctor in charge was working alone. It was my first time to experience something like this and I was surprised. I felt like they didn't care about the patients at all.

  A relative of mine had been hospitalized before. The nurse's response was good. Two teachers helped me. One person wasn't very good at explaining, but I could feel his sincerity. The other person explained well, but I could see that it was rough. The counselor's response is the worst. The words are harsh and deny my wishes. The plan I came up with is definitely the one I came up with. It's administrative and the explanations are sloppy. I wanted him to be out of charge. I want doctors to properly explain the symptoms and talk about the possibilities of what will happen in the future, and if they don't take care of patients and their families, I'll start to feel distrust.

  The elderly nurse in the blood collection room would normally check to see if the blood was stopping easily, but after the blood was drawn, she put a blood band on me without checking to see if the bleeding had stopped, and soon the blood band oozed bright red. Also, I'm glad I checked, but after the blood was drawn, an electrocardiogram was performed, but instead of being guided to the electrocardiogram room in the same area, I was guided to the examination room on the second floor... I felt distrustful of the elderly nurse who didn't check the examination schedule properly.

  I was able to do a health check! The women working there are cheerful, kind and polite! Even more cute and beautiful! I think it's a pleasant hospital 🤗
