::It was the last minute for the reception, but everyone from the reception to the nurses and doctors greeted me with smiles.Thank you very much for your help.
さ
::Thank you for your help for the first time. The doctors were very nice and I was glad that I had the chance to see them. thank you very much.

::I was hospitalized due to a traffic accident. (good point) The doctor seemed very attentive and carefully considered my injury. I don't think the nurses had any particularly problematic responses. I've seen other comments about the reception staff, such as ``chatting around'', ``unfriendly'', and ``unfriendly'', but they may be busy due to the large number of patients, so we shouldn't blame them. I do not think. Also, I felt like I didn't have time to chat, but I can understand your frustration due to the long wait times. There is nothing we can do about this, so please be patient. However, when I look at the posts, I find that if they are friendly, they are nervous. If it was the other way around, I'd say it's unfriendly lol This world is a difficult world. (Improvement points) As mentioned above, the biggest challenge is the extremely long waiting times. Even on weekdays, it is common for there to be 20 patients waiting, and it is common for patients to wait for 2 hours. On Saturdays, the 3 hour wait is normal. When I went to this hospital, I felt that many of the patients were elderly, and that one of the reasons for the long waiting times was that the doctors spent a lot of time making small talk with the elderly. I did. It seems that many hospitals like this have one doctor, but could you please consider whether it would be difficult to add another doctor to take measures?

::As per the reviews, I was worried about the interaction with the receptionist. I think there may be a problem in communicating with the patient due to lack of explanation, rather than being business-like. I can take out my frustrations on the previous patient. sad. However, once he calms down, he seems to be a very talented person, so come check him out! I'd love to! I don't want you to get irritated. I would also like to receive guidance from teachers.

::The downside is that it's popular and you'll have to wait, but the waiting time is relaxed so it doesn't feel too stressful. This is a great help as I have many medical days and hours. Other reviews have written about the curt response from the receptionist, but I don't really care as they are business-like. There are many nurses and rehabilitation teachers, so once you start moving, it's quick. The doctor is kind and attentive, and he will also tell you what to expect in the future, so you can approach the treatment with peace of mind (without rushing). Medications can be prescribed outside the hospital at pharmacies lined up and at drugstores that are a 1-2 minute walk away. My first visit was 2 hours for X-rays, diagnosis, and rehabilitation.
