  The store is not too large, so it's easy for the bank staff to focus on customers, and they're always there to talk to them.

  I contacted them in advance by phone and received the procedure at 10am and completed the procedure at 12pm. It seems that it was completed when I asked at 16:00. I was never called and there was no one there but me.

  When I tried to carry over my passbook, I was told that the bank had discontinued passbooks and that I could only check my balance online. I asked around and was told that I could use my passbook. It may be troublesome, but telling lies is the worst thing a financial institution can do.

  There are times when you have to wait longer at an ATM than at other ATMs, but I would like them to moderate their work when they get crowded. Isn't the civility good? When it's busy for broadcasting or information, can't you just ask them to make concessions?

  Large bank branch with eight ATMs inside. ATMs do not have English language instructions, but are otherwise standard.
