::Went in to change the address on my bank account. 45 minutes later this basic administrative procedure was complete (plus a bit of heart ache). Not exactly the epitome of administrative efficiency, but staff were friendly.

::I was asked right at the entrance by a staff member what it is that I need to do (in English), then handed the right form, told what to write where and he even asked if I'm able to write Kanji, so if I had said no he might have even filled it in for me! Every staff member was so nice and helpful.
