::It was a cafe I happened to visit after searching on Google. I went and it was the right decision. It was a quiet and relaxing space. The coffee was delicious as they listened to my preferences and served it to me. The matcha cake was also delicious. Apparently there was only room for one car in the parking lot, but when I asked the owner, he said it was okay to park on the street in front of the store by the river, so I parked there.

::Inside the store is a Japanese version of Sheriff Woody. The coffee is carefully brewed by the master. Hitotoki enjoys the sense of accomplishment of completing the Noraneko mission while looking out at Shin-Horikawa from the window. Actually, you can't see the river, only the embankment. But there is definitely a river on the other side of the embankment. Visiting a stray cat today is a butterfly effect that has been decided since the birth of the universe...

::The taste of the coffee and pound cake were really good and good, but in conclusion, it was a 2 star. It's not a bad idea to take the time to make each cup of coffee carefully, but once one customer comes in, the next customer has to wait for over 30 minutes, and the turnover rate is very poor. Also, the scenery of the store is nice, so if the customer service quality was a little higher, I would have thought, ``Let's wait'' even though the wait time was long, but even for a customer who came to the store for the first time, the customer service was so-so. , I felt that there was no repeat. It's definitely possible to have a particular taste, but I think there's a difference between being particular and having poor customer service, so I think if this could be improved, the restaurant would be more appealing. !

::It is located along the Shinshinhori River, a little off the main road. There is no parking lot, so the only option is to park on the street along the river. (However, it seems that parking is often prohibited on the other side of the telephone pole. Apparently, no one will report it in front of the store. Please be careful.) The exterior is a dark building made of charred wood. Go up the stone steps to the entrance. The interior has rustic patterned glass, antique pendulum clocks, lighting, and a fireplace. The counter is a stylish single board made of imported wood. It must have been a fairly large tree. On this day, I had a hot blended coffee. Weigh the beans using a grain scale, place them in a cloth filter, and gently pour a thin stream of hot water into them. Warm the cup in advance by pouring hot water into it. Finally, take a teaspoon, check the aroma and taste, and pour it into a cup. It takes a while to brew a cup, but that's a good thing. When you drink it, the bitterness hits you with the first sip, the refreshing sourness spreads out with the second sip, and the flavor settles in with the third sip. The pendulum clock sounds like a metronome, and jazz music is playing slowly. Behind the counter, well-maintained tools are lined up beautifully, and beyond that is a river. It was such a relaxing time that I thought it was a tea room. It wasn't the so-called "Instagrammable" women's cafe of today, but more like a coffee shop for "hardcore" people who really want to enjoy coffee. By the way, interviews with magazines or TV are not allowed.

::This is a shop located by the river. The atmosphere is perfect if you want to relax, but it is not recommended for those who are in a hurry. Just tell us your favorite flavor of coffee and the master will make recommendations. Not only is the coffee delicious, but the pound cake and cheesecake are also simple and delicious. In the spring, you can see cherry blossoms from the window, and in the winter, you can stay warm with a wood-burning stove. It was a store that made me feel envious of the people living in the neighborhood.
