  Lately, whenever I go to any Western Bank branch, I've been hearing more and more people say ``Yeah'' instead of ``Yes'' during conversations. I've never heard of young people and men, but there are old bank employees. I don't want to be bossy, but do you mean "yes"? I always think that. We're not friends or close, so I'm having a conversation with the assumption that it's not possible. I guess banking education has also gone bad.
