  Slow response! I went there to send my luggage, but I had to wait for about 20 minutes with 100 sized luggage, which was frustrating. There was a person in front of me who was sending several packages, and three staff members were handling each person. There was a long line behind me as I worked lazily. Everyone was in full frustration mode as they had to wait for tens of minutes while carrying their luggage. I want you to work more efficiently.
