  Friendly and helpful staff, well organized store, and great sampling selection. I find it easy to browse here for new coffee flavors to try out.

  What more do you need: coffee I always go to a nespresso store in every country as they serve great coffee and best of all it's free.

  The staff is not friendly. I asked for sone informations and I wasn't satisfied with the way they treat me. I almost had to beg for a coffee sample. If you go to any Yodobashi Camera or Bic Camera you will be much better received.
