When I really want to eat Champon, I just go here. It is a popular restaurant that is sometimes full by 11 o'clock on holidays. They also have chanpon, sara udon, and mini fried rice. We also serve rice balls. It's a really delicious restaurant with consistent taste no matter how many times I go. There are days when the food is slow when the restaurant is full, but the staff are all friendly so please forgive me. The parking lot in front of the store is a little narrow, so it's better to park in the parking lot in front of the store, except for light vehicles.

One of the few restaurants where you can eat Champon and Sara Udon. I regret that I should have ordered a large bowl (two bowls) of Sara Udon instead of one bowl. Rice balls are served during lunch. You can mix it with the bean paste of sara udon, or add it to the soup of champon to make it an ojiya-style dish. I highly recommend it!

This time I received a large champon for 1,290 yen. Honestly, my impressions after eating it were a bit disappointing. The customer service was very good. Just the taste. . . Although the noodles were springy, they were very soft and the texture was quite unsatisfactory. The ingredients were particularly poor, with heaps of cabbage and bean sprouts, and the only thing left was one quail egg and one small shrimp.Other than that, there were only two or three tiny pieces of squid, and very little pork. The extent to which it is included. It might be good for people who love vegetables. . . The most important soup is piping hot, but it has almost no richness or punch and is too bland. Also, it was a little too sweet for me. The large one has a lot of volume, but that's about it. If you were to ask me if I would like to eat it again at this price, I don't think I would order it again. I was told that the seafood would be a little more luxurious if I went for the special grade, but with this soup and this flavor, the noodles are worth it even if it costs an extra 600 yen to make the ingredients a little more luxurious. To begin with, the ingredients in normal champon are too poor. I can't help but wonder why they decided to release such a disappointing product that is filled with only vegetables and only a reasonable amount of meat and seafood. Honestly, isn't the chain store Ringer Hut still better? It was a level that made me think. If you want to eat delicious Champon in this area, we recommend the Spicy Clams Champon (1,100 yen) or the special Champon from Nagasaki Champon Emi in Beppu. There are many meat and seafood ingredients, and the noodles and soup are extremely delicious, and I don't think you can find them at chain restaurants. First of all, I can't rate the champon here because they were too stingy with the ingredients. Thank you for the meal.

I found this shop because I love Champon. There is a parking lot in front of the store for about 3 small cars? There are about 3 parking spaces in the large parking lot right after passing the store, so you might have to wait during peak hours, and you might also have to wait for the parking lot. I've been here twice, and both times it was full and there was a long wait for parking. There is no waiting paper, If you are waiting, please speak to the staff and you will be given a buzzer that will sound when it is your turn. Now, let's go inside the store. The store is small and old, but it is kept clean. The seats next to me are close, but it doesn't really bother me. The first time was regular Champon, then the large Champon (lol) And Sara Udon (lol) The one with the quail visible in the photo is normal Champon. The large portion is a mixed photo (lol) As expected, Champon is delicious. But, as expected, there were a lot of large portions (lol) You can choose two types of noodles for Sara Udon, My husband chose the softer one. Sara udon is also very delicious, but I think it's more like Champon. You can get rice balls for free, Ordinary champon and rice balls might be the best. The flavor of the soup is so rich that I end up drinking the entire soup every time. The staff at the shop are really polite and pleasant, and even though the guy making the food is extremely busy, he greets me in a pleasant manner. Thank you very much for the delicious Champon.

For some reason, I felt like eating Champon. It was Saturday, and since it was open today, I headed to Nagayan (former name: Saikai) located east of Hodono Station (closed on Sundays). This is a Nagasaki Champon and Sara Udon restaurant. There was a bit of a wait as it was around noon, but I received a call bell so I was able to wait in the car. The menu is quite simple. There are two choices: Nagasaki Champon and Nagasaki Sara Udon, each of which comes in medium, large, and small, and there is also a special called Tokujo. This time I ordered a mini fried rice set for an additional 350 yen, just like Champon. The Champon that was brought to us had plenty of toppings. The noodles are thick straight champon noodles. Ingredients include cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, kamaboko, pork, shrimp, quail eggs, and flatten. The soup also has a deep flavor, which is what makes it so delicious. The mini fried rice is piping hot. It's hard to get this flip-floppy feeling at home. What caught my attention was the "rice ball service" that was on the table. I ate fried rice and thought I might not need it, but I was so curious that I ordered it. I had a little bit of soup left, so I went in there. The rice balls that had become dry were eaten as porridge with the soup. Ingesting too many carbohydrates. I couldn't resist the temptation. Next time I go, I'll order Sara Udon (I hear it's delicious to dip it in the Sara Udon soup...). It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
