  I use it occasionally. I used it to send Yu-Pack the other day. Yupack only comes once every few years. I didn't know what to do as it was whether or not to send it, but they explained it to me in detail. I thought that the Yamabiko greetings from the staff were thorough.   There are two ATMs, but there is no waiting room for the ATMs, so if there are many people waiting, you will have to queue outside. The staff members are kind and helpful. There is a parking lot, but it is best not to use it if your car is lowered. It may scrape the bottom of the car (although I have taken precautions).
