  I use it occasionally. I used it to send Yu-Pack the other day. Yupack only comes once every few years. I didn't know what to do as it was whether or not to send it, but they explained it to me in detail. I thought that the Yamabiko greetings from the staff were thorough. I think it might be difficult to park in the back of the parking lot.

Employees probably know, but customers don't. You won't know unless you write down the instructions properly. If there's a number tag, I think I'll take it. Sometimes it's my first time coming.   There are two ATMs, but there is no waiting room for the ATMs, so if there are many people waiting, you will have to queue outside. The staff members are kind and helpful. There is a parking lot, but it is best not to use it if your car is lowered. It may scrape the bottom of the car (although I have taken precautions).
