After that, I decided to quit my job, but I asked for a medical certificate so that I could receive a pension to support my family. However, my request was refused, and in the end, it took four months for me to receive a medical certificate. The medical certificate said that the symptoms were different from what was diagnosed and were clearly milder than what was said. I won't write the teacher's name, but it's impossible. Also, the sign at the entrance of the hospital states that those who have come from outside the prefecture should be visited, but not those who have been outside the prefecture even once, so it is confusing and does not seem to be the hospital's intention. I can't get through to the other party correctly. Furthermore, there is no mention of this on the homepage, so please correct the outpatient treatment page on the homepage as soon as possible.
