  Food are overcharged, lower than average tastes Service was bad as the employee want us to change our favorite seat because he wanted to clean that area (during the normal operating hours) Atmosphere was dead and cold

  The servers spoke a bit of English and were friendly. They were willing to make a dish alteration for my vegetarian friend. The onsen staff were helpful in directing us to the restaurant even though we did not bathe there.

  You simply must visit the restaurant! The food is insane. Every dish deserves praise. Sets with local delicacies, hamachi in a special soy sauce, sashimi bowls, great curry, and regional flat noodle soups- all just fantastic. It does not only tasts great, but it is also served like in graded restaurans. This cannot be missed while in Beppu. Onsen & Yurari restaurant- thanks for these experiences!

  Get an entire meal which has been steam cooked with steam from the onsen. Very unique and very tasty!
