  I used to use it because it had a parking lot and it was convenient in the neighborhood, but it became very inconvenient after moving to Skyo. The Bank of Japan's negative interest rate policy is probably making megabanks difficult to manage, but I think it's a good idea to bring three branches, including the Osaka Ebisu branch, to the 24th floor of SkyO... There are times when there are more useless receptionists than there are staff at the counter, so I think there is a lot of waste. For individuals, transactions are now done online, so it doesn't matter where they are, and it's helpful to have ATMs everywhere, but it's a bit of a pain when you're using them for business transactions.

  As of June 17, 2019, it was integrated with the Namba Branch, Namba Ekimae Branch, and Nihon Ichi Branch on the 24th floor of Namba Skyo. ATMs remain. The branch will remain within the Namba branch, so your account number will remain the same.

  The staff at this branch are so lovely and helpful. They helped me change my address and upgrade my cash card to a debit card despite my serious lack of Japanese!
