::I never had even a good experience after using UFJ for more than 10 years. This brach is the worst I have ever been. The staff was unprepared and let me waste a lot of time although I explained that I was busy and could have come another time. As I believe the real problem is UFJ rather than this branch, the only solution would be to change to another bank.

Even if I call out to them, they don't seem to hear me and won't respond unless I call out to them many times. I had never seen this before at any other bank, and honestly I thought it was the worst bank. I informed them of the details of the procedure and received the necessary documents, but the last time I went through the same procedure I had filled out two forms, but this time I was given only one form.I checked several times just to be sure, but was told that only one form was enough. So I went to the counter and found out that two types were required. The same mistake was made when I applied for the procedure before. It's like there's no progress. If you have time to waste time talking, wouldn't it be better to learn some work?

So I withdrew cash from the ATM and came to the counter, but I was asked, ``Huh? Cash?'' I should have just left it as normal. I will never use a bank that employs people who can't do what a normal person can do, and I have decided to withdraw my account.

::Staff were rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend UFJ bank. Post office bank is best for gaijin for sure!
