::The waiting time was very long (3 hours) However, I didn't have a reservation, so I felt like I had no choice. The reception desk was the worst. The questions don't make sense and are difficult to understand. After that, I kept asking myself what I was misunderstanding. I had hoped that the woman who came in the middle of the interview (she spoke politely and asked very easy to understand questions) would have replaced me, but unfortunately she was unable to do so. I never want to encounter that woman at the reception desk again. It was extremely unpleasant.

::ATM on the 1st floor There is a reception on the second floor. It is right in front of the Totsuka Ward General Government Building.

::The time on the security guard's watch is ahead, so I am stopped at the entrance and told that the reception has closed, even though it is still during counter business hours on my radio clock or smartphone.

::They’re insanely busy and the bank’s policies are exactly the kind of overdone antiquated rubbish you’d expect from an uptight bureaucracy. Having said that, the staff were all very kind and they’re really doing the best they can in the middle of a hundred frustrated, angry customers. Do yourself a favour and make a reservation online beforehand. Also, bring every single thing you could possibly need: all forms of ID, all your inkans, city hall documents…everything. Better safe than sorry.

::Be careful of the middle-aged woman named Yamazaki at the counter on the second floor. I used this card because it was designated for repaying scholarship money to the university, but since my last name was different from the procedure form sent by the university, my number card was not a certificate and I needed a family register etc. When I explained to them that I immediately went back to pick them up, I was told that even if they had them, they could not legally prove them. What do you mean by paying the money and getting the family register according to the instructions? Unsatisfied, I asked for the branch manager to come out, and was told that they were just talking to me, but even after a while, the person in charge did not come out. Is the branch manager's name written at the entrance just for decoration? They simply apologized and were made to pay unnecessary registration fees and parking fees. In this case, it would have been cheaper to send money from another bank. I will never use it again.
