  I went there to cancel my Eco passbook, but the woman at the reception desk refused, saying that I could now print from my computer. I told him that I would prefer a passbook, but he stubbornly refused when I was given instructions...When I told him that it was fine if he couldn't do it, he said that he could issue me a passbook. It looks like it can be done after all. The purpose was probably to cut costs, but when I received such a stubborn refusal, I thought it would be better to do the transaction with another bank. By the way, it seems that reservations are required, so if you don't have a reservation, you'll have to wait for an hour.

Also, you can purchase lotto tickets and numbers on the same day using the direct banking app on your smartphone, which is very useful. The location is very convenient as it is right next to the main street.

  It seems smaller than I expected. I've been to the other Tokushima branch, but I feel like the Tokushima branch was bigger. A concierge is on hand, so please feel free to ask any questions you may have. That helps a lot.

  I tried to open a saving account and was denied. I met all the criteria, however I was told to "please just use my other bank accounts" Not foreigner friendly. No English at all.NOT Recommended. Expected much more for the "LARGEST BANK IN JAPAN"
